Disclaimer: I couldn’t attend the UPRT course in the end due to visa requirements, however, I chose to contact superior air in regards to this course on the strong recommendation of a friend. Said friend is a return customer of Superior Air.
I spoke to Giannis through their support email. Without exaggeration or hyperbole, Giannis is the most helpful sales representative I have EVER spoken to. His responses were timely, and he was diligent in his efforts to provide accurate information.
Had the visa issue not occured, I would have happily chosen Superior Air for my training based on my interaction with Giannis alone.

The entire experience, from enquiry through to being dropped at our hotel after the flight, was phenomenal!
Quick, helpful and understanding communication from the customer service team was a real confidence booster, as being a first time booking with them you never quite know.
Then the organisation of the flight was impeccable, even throwing in a last minute schedule change didn’t phase them.
Richard the pilot of the Bell 407 was a true gent: great safety briefing, smooth flight (even after requesting some more adventurous altitudes!) and informative about everything we flew over (from Koufonisi to Mykonos).
Flawless handover to George the driver that then drove us to our hotel.
All in all I couldn’t recommend the service high enough and will definitely be booking with them on our next visit to Greece.

We used Superior Air to transfer from Spetses to Mykonos. Fantastic service (all enquiries and follow up emails answered within minutes), friendly pilot, nice helicopter, competitive rates and very punctual. Will definitely use again.

Fantastic transfer from Serifos to Santorini. Our pilot, Nikos, was fantastic and put us at ease. The price was quite reasonable and the 40 minute flight was smooth and beautiful and way better than a 6 hr ferry. Would do it again in a second.

Very reliable company. Everything went super smoothly from the pick up at ATH to the transfer to the helipad (a 10-minute ride). Pilots are friendly and chat just the amount you want. I strongly recommend.

I have been using this company for roughly 20 years, and have never had anything but an excellent experience. The helicopters are immaculate, the pilots are terribly nice, experienced and helpful, and the ground service as good as it gets. I cannot recommend more highly.

We used Superior to transfer to Mykonos after some time on Santorini. From the start of requesting a quote through booking and the actual flight everything was first class. The communication was excellent. Response time to questions was minutes not days. We have dealt with charter companies in the USA, Europe and the Caribbean and this was as good as the best. Helicopter was clean and looked well maintained. We will definitely use again.

Excellent service across the board. We flew from Mykonos to Patmos (35 minutes) and from Patmos to Santorini (32 minutes). Online booking is excellent, as is the follow-up by the sales & admin team. Our flights were on time and smooth despite moderate to strong wind, and the pilots are both friendly and very professional. We particularly enjoyed our flight on the EC120 with Richard as our Captain, who was super friendly and made our experience even better by chosing the most scenic routes within the flight plan.
Would definitely and without reservation recommend this air charter company.

Perfect flight. We had a most confortable helicopter to fly from Patmos to Athens. It was fast and as silent as can be. Good and efficient pilot. Very enjoyable and well organized trip and it is sweet to land among vineyards in the countryside and get easily to the airport.

We were stranded in Folegandros when the high winds caused all boats to be cancelled. With a plane to catch back to the UK – we needed to get back to Santorini.
We called Superior Air and what a service – special thanks to Konstantina and Marianna who both helped so much – you are brilliant.
The helicopter arrived exactly on time and the whole service from start to finish was amazing.
The journey was quick and very smooth despite the high winds – I recommend Superior Air to anyone looking for a helicopter they are the best.

My family and I traveled from Mykonos to Athens aug 29 2018. We had flown on another private helicopter in Greece prior. This was above and beyond anything we have ever experienced. The pilot was incredible and helped us with every detail. The aircraft was knew and had beverages and snacks. The heliport when we landed was filled with free sandwiches and snacks for us. I cannot express how much this experience was beyond anything I expected having flown before. Do not use anyone else. Superior air is 10 notches above the rest!! From beginnning to end every detail handled and the were even cheaper and the quality was 5 Star. If u need to fly or just do a tour- there is NO better helicopter company to use!!! Thank u Supeior for making our transfer to Athens seem less and memorable.

Extremely professional, reliable and honest. We had an unusual situation with a lot of luggage and a couple small dogs and they were more then accommodating. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with questionable Greek operators and work with people you can rely upon. You will not be disappointed.
